Fairway Modular Homes has been making homes a reality since 1987. Managing Director and CEO Anthony Rizzo Carnevalla has been in the building business since 1972 when he embarked with his brother to create one of the largest modular sales production entities in the Northeast.
"It was difficult in the beginning." Tony claims. "Selling homes from a book was a new concept." My brother and I had to overcome a lot of resistance in the market. People believed and still believe to some extent that modular or "manufactured" homes are inferior. Not true. We insisted on a better than "stick built" standard that we maintain today. Fairway delivered and is now embarking on its 25th year of supplying custom homes to its family of home buyers. "After 25 years I believe I can help anyone." Tony says. "I will find the right home for the right price." In addition to Custom Single Family Homes, Fairway has supplied several Developers in the multi-family market. "We follow through on every delivery. Coordination and service is what set's Fairway Modular Homes apart from most of the other companies." Tony further explains that in tough times where efficiency and price count the most Fairway performs at its highest level.
